With the current coronavirus outbreak, we realize that all of you are having serious situations being presented in each of your industries. Not only that, having to juggle keeping your friends, family, and employees safe from harm while the world goes through this containment process together. We wanted to personally thank all of you for allowing us to be a part of your family. With that said, here are the steps we are taking to prevent infections from spreading during our events.
We are closely monitoring the information being posted by the Coronavirus Task Force and the CDC. We will be checking new information to make sure it won’t directly affect your events.
We are thoroughly wiping down our tables and equipment with disinfectant spray/wipes before and after each event.
During the events, we will continue to clean our tables and equipment when the opportunity to do so is applicable without bothering your attendees
We will be providing hand sanitizer at the entrances and exits to our events and at designated areas within the venues.
Our team will be trained and up to date on best practices for preventive measures until this situation is resolved.
We want to thank you all for your patience and understanding. Our focus is to bring the most entertaining experience to your corporate or private event, while also keeping your health and best interests in mind.
